Van Phu - Invest announced the decision to appoint Mr Lam Hoang Dang as Deputy General Director of Finance, replacing his predecessor, Ms Nguyen Thu Hang. This appointment is part of the Company's human resource development strategy.
The Chairman of Van Phu – Invest, Mr To Nhu Toan, presented the appointment decision to Mr Lam Hoang Dang.
The Board of Directors made this decision when Van Phu - Invest recently developed the 2023-2032 business strategy aiming to be one of Top Vietnam's Real Estate Enterprises in the next ten years. Accordingly, transferring the management to young, energetic, qualified leaders with new thinking methods and high expertise is an inevitable choice of the Enterprise.
Before Mr Lam Hoang Dang, Mrs Nguyen Thu Hang has held the position of Deputy General Director of Finance since 2020 and has left strong marks in the development journey of Van Phu - Invest. She is loved and respected by Van Phu - Invest staff for her leadership ability and significant contributions to the growth of the business.
Her successor, Mr Lam Hoang Dang, was born in 1982, MA in Economics, is a Fellow member of ACCA and a member of CPA, being a young leader with many achievements and years of experience working in corporations, securities companies, Department of Corporate Finance - Ministry of Finance. At Van Phu - Invest, he has over 05 years of working in key positions. Furthermore, he is in charge of the project of developing a 10-year business strategy (2023 - 2032) for the Enterprise.
During his working time, he has relentlessly demonstrated his enthusiasm, dedication, and ability and achieved excellent achievements, supporting Van Phu - Invest to affirm a solid position in the market. Mr Lam Hoang Dang is an outstanding representative of the young generation of leaders, trusted by colleagues, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board. They are ready to take on challenging tasks and new roles with more responsibilities and expectations.

Mr To Nhu Toan said that finance is the most crucial part of a real estate business, so he placed his trust and high expectation in the experience and capacity of the new Deputy General Director of Finance in the development journey of the Company.
